David Borack is a civil trial lawyer with over three decades of experience leading clients through matters in both federal and state courts. David began his career as a civil and commercial litigation attorney, representing clients on both sides of contract claims. His experience includes managing a team of attorneys as well as overseeing multiple intra-state law practices. Today, David focuses his practice on general and complex commercial litigation for both clients in both the private and corporate sectors, ranging from start-ups to the largest companies in their respective industries. He also advises clients regarding transactional, risk management practices, and compliance issues. His clients benefit from a personalized client service relationship with the knowledge and experience of complex legal issues that are a characteristic of a large-firm practices.
David received his undergraduate degree from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst in 1990 and Juris Doctorate from the University of Miami Law School in 1993. In 2000, David opened his own practice bringing with him those years of consumer law experience. David has appeared on local television, radio, and recognized in local magazines.
