Dr. Trisha Bailey, a distinguished University of Connecticut alum, brings over two decades of expertise to the medical industry. As the visionary founder and CEO of Bailey’s Pharmacy & Medical Equipment & Supplies, she channels her passion for providing love and care to the elderly and disabled.
Overseeing 16 successful companies, Dr. Bailey’s flagship enterprise employs 500+ people, generating revenue in the hundreds of millions. Her achievements include HME Woman of The Year finalist, Jamaica’s wealthiest born woman, and the first black individual honored with a building at the University of Connecticut.

Sean was hired October 1st 2012 as the first Bailey’s Medical employee. He has been an integral part of the success of Bailey’s Medical and its North American expansion, while also running the daily operations of the company. Sean received his bachelor’s from the University of South Carolina in 2009, where he was also a Scholarship Letterman on the baseball team. Sean is a proud husband to Lauren and father to his two children Carter and Addison.
Dr. Richard Blanchar, medical director at Bayview General Medicine & Aesthetics in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, has experience in many different fields of medicine, including emergency care, general medicine, and aesthetics. He combines his fields of expertise to provide patients with professional, state-of-the-art, and friendly medical care.
Dr. Blanchar graduated Phi Beta Kappa in 1978 from the University of Florida, in Gainesville, Florida with a bachelor of science in chemistry with high honors. He received his medical degree from the College of Medicine at the University of South Florida, Tampa in 1982 after participating in a three-year accelerated program. After graduation, he completed his first-year residency in internal medicine with an emphasis on emergency medical care. After his residency, Dr. Blanchar served as an emergency care physician at several Florida hospitals.
In 1989, Dr. Blanchar founded Bayview General Medicine, which he expanded to include the aesthetics field in the early 2000s, thus becoming Bayview General Medicine & Aesthetics.
Dr. Blanchar has also been recognized as:

Dr. Blanchar prides himself on staying up-to-date on the latest science, research, and technology in his field by routinely completing over 120 hours of medical education each year (physicians are required to participate in at least 30 hours each year).
Medical Hotspots welcomes Kevin M. Sheridan to its compliance board. Mr. Sheridan was formerly with the Federal Bureau of Investigation, retiring as a Supervisory Special Agent. Mr. Sheridan continues to maintain FBI Top Secret (TS) security clearance. Throughout his career with the FBI, Mr. Sheridan worked in the FBI’s Washington, D.C., Miami, Dallas, and El Paso field offices, as well as FBI Headquarters.
Client Services: During his time with the FBI, Mr. Sheridan’s focus involved white-collar offenses such as financial crimes and healthcare fraud. Mr. Sheridan was responsible for managing and supervising large-scale, high-profile, and often sensitive federal investigations.
David Borack is a civil trial lawyer with over three decades of experience leading clients through matters in both federal and state courts. He brings bold solutions and tenacity to clients facing complicated situations and disputes in a wide variety of industries including: Corporate Governance and Shareholder/Partnership Agreement Disputes; Commercial Transactions and Contract Disputes; Construction Litigation; Cybersecurity and Intellectual Property; Real Estate Development; and Healthcare Advocacy.
David began his career as a civil and commercial litigation attorney, representing clients on both sides of contract claims. His experience includes managing a team of attorneys as well as overseeing multiple intra-state law practices. Today, David focuses his practice on general and complex commercial litigation for both clients in both the private and corporate sectors, ranging from start-ups to the largest companies in their respective industries. He also advises clients regarding transactional, risk management practices, and compliance issues. His clients benefit from a personalized client service relationship with the knowledge and experience of complex legal issues that are a characteristic of a large-firm practices.
David received his undergraduate degree from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst in 1990 and Juris Doctorate from the University of Miami Law School in 1993. In 2000, David opened his own practice bringing with him those years of consumer law experience. David has appeared on local television, radio, and recognized in local magazines.
